MoveAbout MOVEListas
Last updated:
MOVEListas is a grocery list that learns from you. Free, ad-free, made by MOVEHábitos for people who want to shop better and eat better. It works in Portuguese, English and Spanish, with prices in reais, dollars and pesos.
What the app does
- Fast grocery list: type, speak or scan the barcode. The app completes names and shows the product photo.
- Receipt reading: photograph the receipt or scan the invoice QR code and the purchase comes in by itself, with items, prices and total. Personal data is blurred before storing.
- Running out: the app learns how often you buy each thing and warns you before it runs out.
- Spending: how much you spent per month, by category and by store.
- Shop together: share the list by link or WhatsApp and tick items at the same time, live.
- Food Score: see how much of your shopping is real food and how much is ultra-processed, by the NOVA classification, with swap suggestions.
- Notes: messages, drawings and reminders attached to the list.
- Accessibility: large text, high contrast, wide buttons and voice. Made to be used at every age.
How to install
Open movelistas.com on your phone and use "Add to Home Screen" (iPhone: share button; Android: browser menu). The app opens like any other and works even without internet to check the list.
Privacy first
Receipt reading and artificial intelligence run on our own servers. Nothing is sold, nothing goes to advertisers, and no receipt is sent to third-party services. Read the privacy policy.
Who makes it
MOVEListas is part of MOVEHábitos, the 12-week healthy-habits program. The grocery list is the nutrition pillar brought into everyday life.

Frequently asked questions
Is MOVEListas really free?
Yes. No ads, no in-app purchases, no selling of data. The server is paid for by MOVEHábitos.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with a link sent to your e-mail (valid for 1 hour) or with a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID or your phone's biometrics).
Which receipts does the app read?
Brazilian NFC-e receipts (QR code or photo), US invoices and receipts (photo or PDF) and Argentine tickets (photo). Reading happens on our own servers, with no third-party service.
What happens to personal data on the receipt?
Tax IDs, card numbers, SSN, DNI/CUIL and cardholder name are detected and blurred in the image and erased from the text before anything is stored. The original photo does not stay on the server, and the blurred image is deleted after 90 days.
What is the Food Score?
A summary of how much of your shopping is real food and how much is ultra-processed, by the NOVA classification. It is informational: it does not replace a doctor or a dietitian.
Does it work offline?
Once installed, the app opens and shows the list without internet. Reading receipts, syncing and sharing need a connection.
How do I delete my account?
Write from your own e-mail to suporte@movelistas.com. We delete the account and all data within 30 days.
