Terms of Use

1. What MOVEListas is

A free grocery-list app made by MOVEHábitos: a list with suggestions, receipt reading, spending history, sharing with other people and the Food Score (based on the NOVA food-processing classification). It works in the browser and can be installed as an app.

2. Free

MOVEListas charges nothing and has no ads or in-app purchases. We may limit usage (for example, receipts per day) to keep the service running for everyone.

3. Your account

You sign in with your e-mail (through a link) or with a passkey. The account is personal; take care of access to your e-mail. You can delete the account whenever you want (see the privacy policy).

4. Not health advice

The Food Score, suggestions and tips are informational and educational. They come from general rules about foods, not from an assessment of you. They do not replace a doctor, dietitian or any health professional. Talk to a professional before changing your diet.

5. Prices, receipts and suggestions

Prices, totals and dates read from receipts can be wrong (bad photo, crumpled paper, unusual receipt). Check before relying on them. Reference prices by country come from public databases and may be out of date. Shopping suggestions are estimates.

6. Acceptable use

• Use the app for your own shopping and that of the people you invite.
• Do not upload photos that are not yours, nor illegal, offensive content or content that violates other people's rights.
• Do not try to bypass limits, break into other accounts, overload the service or bulk-copy the data (scraping).
• When sharing a list, you are responsible for what you put in it and for whom you invite.

7. Data sources and credits

The app uses open data and thanks those who maintain it:

8. Ownership

The MOVEListas brand, the app design and its texts belong to MOVEHábitos. Your lists, notes and photos remain yours: you only give us permission to store and process them so the app works.

9. No warranties

MOVEListas is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We make daily backups but cannot guarantee data recovery in every case. To the extent permitted by law, MOVEHábitos is not liable for losses arising from use of the app.

10. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and we may end or change the service with reasonable notice.

11. Governing law

The laws of the country where you live apply, among Brazil, the United States and Argentina, including consumer-protection laws.
